The once theoretical atom is today a scientific reality, and we understand more about the psycho-structure and potentials of the human mind than ever imagined. The scientific realms are aligning with the alchemical. Knowledge of every aspect of human life, physical and spiritual, is plentiful today. Mystical knowledge, magical teachings, and spiritual revelations are being re-examined and understood in the light of modern science, and this information is available to the general public as never before.
At some point within our growth and evolution, all of this information helps us discover there is more to life and to ourselves than what is tangible and visible. We begin to realize we are energy itself with all of its inherent possibilties.
When we break matter down to its atomic and its subatomic levels, we discover that the atoms which comprise the cells and molecules of all life are not solid at all. these atoms are comprised of electrons and protons, subtle energy fluctuations that are in constant movement. The manner in which they come together, like bands of energy linking, forms the infinite varieties of all life and matter.
In essence, everything is energy and cannot be destroyed, but energy can ber altered, directed, and even transformed by a variety of influences. If we are not conscious of this, our own essence, our energy systems may be altered, directed, and even transformed in subtle but very real ways.

Sound is an energy wave that impacts upon and influences our energy essence and has the potential of altering and affecting our health for good or for bad, often without our recognizing it. Everyday our body, mind, and spirit are impacted by subtle influences, many of which we may not be aware of. Advertisers combine sound and images to move us emotionally, persuading us to purchase their products. Stores use fragrances to manipulate our minds and emotions, to make us feel at ease about purchasing. Politicians use rhetoric and carefully crafted imagery to sway our votes. We all experience pressures at home, school, or at work. Daily we are bombarded by sound, light, and even electrical frequencies that are discordant with the body and mind, creating stresses that can eventually manifest dis-ease and imbalance.
Many of these influences are capable of aggravating or even creating serious health proemmes on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. If we remain unaware of how extraneous forces impact upon us, of how these stresses accumulate, we will easily see ourselves, our environments, and our lives disrupted and unbalanced.
Everyone can benefit from psychic protection. Through sickness, daily stresses, and outside infludences, anyone's natural defenses and resistance can be lowered. Anyone who is ill can benefit from the exercises and techniques in this book for strengthening the aura and thus overall vitality....
